Why do we always have to sit or stand in circles to talk? Sure, it’s fine for awhile but inevitably the time comes in the conversation where everyone is silent. And that point is awkward. Sitting in a circle only makes it worse. You must look at the other people in the circle. You might [...]

Poor Guy
TO, TO, TO. You really have to feel sorry for him. He obviously wasn’t loved enough as a kid.

Can’t Get a Fair Deal in Finland
Remind me never to visit Finland. They rip you off there.

Pinky – Overlooked But Not Forgotten
I noticed a couple days back that my pinky fingers are all but forgotten. I almost never use them and that makes me sad.
Sure, I type all day long. But I developed the bad habit of leaving my pinkies out. I primarily use only four of my five fingers when typing. I’ve [...]

Faithful…
Last night Annalee and I watched United 93.
I liked it. It wasn’t overly dramatized but it still seemed so dramatic. The sensitive subject matter was handled delicately but realistically and it was incredibly emotional. You can’t help but grieve for those people and their families.
In one scene, the film cuts back and forth between different [...]

Walk and Roll
Is the Segway cool? I’d really like to ride one. But, at the same time, I make fun of everyone I see on them. I’m not sure why, it just looks funny to me. For instance, I would respect a cop much less if he zoomed up on a Segway. That’s just weird. Also, look [...]

Never go to a Yemenese Stadium
Sometimes, I’m reminded that human behavior is a crazy thing. The stampede in Yemen reminds of that. Why on earth would you trample children and teenagers? It doesn’t even appear that there was an emergency. People were just coming in and out. Would that ever happen here? I hope not. They play this video on [...]

Contrary to Popular Belief, America is Not a Democracy, It is a Chucktatorship.
I forgot one thing about the game on Saturday. Chuck Norris was on the sidelines. They showed him on Godzillatron a couple of times and the cheers for Chuck were louder than for anything that happened during the game. He is a legend.
Always remember…”Guns don’t kill people. Chuck Norris kills people.”

The Apple Core and Me
I have no idea how I ended up sitting on a mostly eaten apple today during class…but it happened.
It wasn’t my apple. I know this for several reasons. 1) It was a Granny Smith apple. These apples are slightly more sour than red ones and I don’t particularly care for them. 2) I didn’t eat [...]

Don’t Be Talking ‘Bout My Sister Like That
Apparently, Italian defender Marco Materazzi insulted Zinedine Zidane’s sister just before he was pummeled to the ground by Zidane’s head. Poor guy didn’t even know Zidane had a sister but it looks like they must have a special relationship. I wonder what Zidane’s sister’s name is…probably Zanedine, goes by Zany for short. Poor little Zany.
In [...]
